Prayer Requests & Praise Reports
New Prayer Concerns
Remember Juanita Hannaway and her family. Arthur Hannaway went to God on Tuesday, February 7th, after a long hospitalization. Services for Arthur will be held on Saturday, February 18th at Serenity Meadows. There will be a “Gathering” at 10:00 AM followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM. A meal will be served in Crichton Hall following those services.
John Nelson’s grandson, John Scott Nelson, aged 18, has been hospitalized with an undiagnosed digestive tract disorder. Connie Mosley’s brother-in-law is recovering from skin cancer. Broderick Gorman has contracted strep throat. Please be in prayer for these folks.
A number of our folks have been laid low by flu and similar diseases these past few weeks. Please pray for renewed health for Gary Floyd, Russ Harris, John Nelson, Lloyd Koontz and others afflicted with illness—may they all return to an active lifestyle.
We’re putting Rev. Harold Smith back on the prayer tree. He is Muriel Harris’s brother-in-law and has been in and out of the hospital with cancer and related ailments.
Lara Bauer’s friend has lost their pet dog. Please remember all of our congregation's needs, large and small, in your prayers.
New Praise Reports
We welcome Ivy Marie Orca, the granddaughter of Steve and Diana Williams, and daughter of their daughter Jessica. The baby was born on Saturday, February 4th, weighed 7 pounds 6 ounces at birth, and is doing well.
Come to Crichton Hall after the second service this Sunday (2/19), and honor Danette Garcia’s latest granddaughter. This celebration is being put on by Diana Williams and the ladies of the church. Come for a time of celebration and joy.
