The youth get ready to unload the truck.
Forming the line that will move the
pumpkins to the pallets.
This is how most of the 1,400+ pumpkins made their journey out into the patch.
Some of the bigger pumpkins travelled by wheel barrow. This is Steve Penta, Karen Stowe's son (and Jetty and Paul Miller's grandson).
Dewey Brown, John Nelson, Carol Bradley and Rick Phillips move the merchandise.
And three hours later, the pallets were groaning with pumpkins.
One of our first customers. Many customers were pre-schoolers with their parents (who usually came armed with cameras).
Moving those bad boys down the line!
Visiting the patch on a typical evening. Sometime during the first week, a single buyer purchased 500 pumpkins from the lot. But, as you can see, there is still plenty of merchandise left.
This toddler fell just as the flash went off! Just one of the many youngsters trying out their moves on the lot!
The photo zone. Hey, my editor wants everyone to know that there's another "p" in "Pumkin".
